IF AN ITEM HAS BEEN SHIPPED WE CANNOT CANCEL IT FOR ANY REASON. ALL SALES ARE FINAL UNLESS COVERED BELOW.

 What is your return policy?
"If the item is defective, we will accept an exchange or return within 7 days of the delivery date. Please email us for exchanges and include "Exchange" and your order number in the subject line."

 

How long will it take to receive my order?
"Once you place your order, there will be a 1-5 day processing period followed by a 12-22 day shipping time. In total, it can take anywhere from 2-5 weeks to receive your item(s). Shipment times vary per order, please bare with us."
Don't hesitate to email us if you have any questions regarding your shipment!

May I get a tracking number?
"Yes, of course! All orders include tracking after the order is processed (1-4 days). Email us with your order number to get your tracking info and we will send you one at our earliest convenience."

Please note that the order number is not your tracking number!

 

What is your store's return & exchange policy?
"Strictly no returns or exchanges unless there are defect(s) in the product(s) and the attention is brought to us no later than a week! So make sure you are ordering the correct item, size, and color."

Make sure to read the measurements in products that apply. If there are none, email us!

 

Says delivered, but I did not receive anything? 
"Please ask your neighbors or someone in the same household if they have signed for your package. Check for your package at your local post office. Remember to bring your ID!"

 

What about possible custom fees?
"We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country."

Can I cancel/change my address/order?
"Email us as soon as possible if you wish to change or cancel your order. Please note that once the item has been fulfilled we are not able to make any changes or cancellations to your order."
Note: Some orders may take up to 60 days to arrive (worst case scenario). This is due to our overseas warehouse, which we are currently working on moving home to the US for faster shipping times.
I only received a partial shipment?
"We ship from different parts of the world so some items might arrive earlier than others. If you'd like to know the status of your other items, please email us with your name and order number."
How can I pay?
"We accept all credit card or debit card payments!"
Will you email me when my order is shipped out?
"Yes! You will get a confirmation email after you have placed your order and another when your order is dispatched."

*Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted!

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. All sales are final.
